Order fulfillment
If you provide wrist size and a valid address, it will take 2-3 business days to customize the bracelet and then prepare for shipment. The delivery time for both methods is between 1 and 5 working days.
Please note that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
 
Tariffs and fees
Your order may be subject to value-added tax, import duties, and/or taxes, which are not included in the order due to the complexity of international law. You are responsible for any local customs duties and taxes on the order. The law requires us to disclose the total value of the package content and cannot change this value.
If the order is rejected, you will be responsible for the transportation costs and any additional tariffs, fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the transportation process.
